Twork It Out

This class is for the Willing but maybe not so Able. Join Ember Skeyez as she guides you the some core and foundational skill in moving your body and shaking your hips.

Consider the class as a Booty Shaking Anonymous. Were you can let your hair down and learn to move your body in a fun, safe, and judgment free zone.

For your privacy and comfort this class will be held in Ballroom E which is closed off from public view.

Water will be provided along with light libations for a small contribution.

What to wear/bring.

• Movable loose clothing. We suggest tank tops and shorts.
• Footwear that meets your comfort. Sneakers, grip socks, heels (if you're brave)
• We also suggest brings a towel and/or yoga mat.
